The PG Hangover guide

So it’s Sunday and I have woken up, not for the first time, feeling fragile after too many wines and I’m sure I’m not alone. As a 29 year old woman who enjoys a cocktail or four, this isn’t my first time at the rodeo and today I’m going to help you get through this.… Read More The PG Hangover guide

My favourite meals from Green September

At the beginning of September I decided to challenge myself to eat predominantly green foods for the month. This was both a culinary challenge as I wanted to see how creative I could get in the kitchen as well as a health challenge. This time of year I always like to be as healthy as… Read More My favourite meals from Green September

My favourite face masks for glowing skin

Welcome to Autumn guys. It’s that time of year when the nights have started to creep in, the temperatures are falling and I am willing to do anything to maintain that summer glow that my face has become so accustomed to. I’m not talking about a sun tan here, I mean the super fresh, dewy… Read More My favourite face masks for glowing skin

London’s best workouts – Kobox

I love a good workout, whether I’m working up a sweat in spin class or bouncing off my lunch with rebounding I’m there. My favourite workouts take place in a dark room with a very loud, very fast playlist, basically I want to feel like I’m in a club. In the past few years the… Read More London’s best workouts – Kobox

It’s a glorious day and these mimosa trees have made it even brighter. Mimosa smells so good, it’s so fresh and floral. If you want in on the action I would recommend Mimosa by @diptyque, it’s one of my favourite candles.
My very pink morning routine these days. I start with @lixirskin Vitamin C Paste, then @beautypie Ceramides Superactive Capsules and seal it all with @summerfridays Cloud Dew followed by SPF 50.
My latest purchases from @beautypie. I haven’t lit the candle yet but it smells so fresh and clean in my bedroom so I am very excited for the first burn.
I have been using Cloud Dew by @summerfridays for a week now and I am loving it. It’s scent free and the gel texture is an absolute dream, it skins in really well and leaves my face hydrated all day without feeling clogged or oily. Have you tried it yet?
Blue skies definitely make getting out for a run a lot easier. It also makes it easier to remember to reach for the spf at the end of a morning skincare routine. Which is your go to?
Remember when wearing mascara was a thing?
